Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is received before the order is processed. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If cancelled in time, the refund will be initiated after deducting applicable payment gateway or transaction charges. Orders with processing or shipping charges are non-refundable.

Replacement & Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers without prior approval will not be eligible for returns or refunds. If we are unable to deliver the originally ordered product due to unavoidable reasons, you may:

• Choose an alternative product at no additional cost, or
• Opt for a full refund without any deductions

Customized or made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

For complaints regarding damage or defects, we may request clear images of the product for verification. Once verified, the replacement product will be shipped after we receive the returned item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund Mode & Timeline

Refunds for prepaid orders (Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI / Net Banking) will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Guidelines

• Return requests must be raised within the specified time frame
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Returns should be shipped within 7 days of approval
• Use a reliable courier service for returns
